Your 8-day itinerary
After breakfast, visit the magnificent Amber Fort. Explore the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, stop at Jal Mahal for photographs, and visit Birla Mandir, time permitting. Explore the traditional bazaars for handicrafts, jewellery and textiles, then return to the hotel.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Jodhpur, about 5 to 6 hours. Check in, then visit Mehrangarh Fort for panoramic views of the Blue City. Explore Jaswant Thada, subject to available time, and visit the Clock Tower and Sardar Market.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Jaisalmer, about 4.5 to 5.5 hours, then on towards the Sam Sand Dunes. Enjoy an optional camel or jeep safari and the spectacular sunset over the Thar Desert. Traditional Rajasthani folk music, cultural performances and dinner follow, as per the camp package.
After breakfast, check out of the camp and visit the famous Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Sonar Quila. Explore Patwon Ki Haveli and Salim Singh Ki Haveli, and visit Gadisar Lake for views and photographs. Browse the local markets for handicrafts and souvenirs, then check in to your city hotel.
After an early breakfast, check out and travel to Udaipur by road. Allow about 9 to 11 hours, depending on stops and road conditions. Arrive in Udaipur, check in and, if time permits, relax near Lake Pichola. A pre-booked flight or an additional transit night can make this long transfer more comfortable.
After breakfast, visit the magnificent City Palace, explore Jagdish Temple and Saheliyon Ki Bari, and enjoy scenic views around Fateh Sagar Lake. Take an optional boat ride on Lake Pichola, subject to availability, then enjoy shopping or a relaxed evening at a lakeside cafe.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then check out and transfer to Udaipur Airport or Railway Station. Depart for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Rajasthan.
