Who we are
Avelique Holidays is a travel designer based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. We plan tour packages across India and abroad. This website is aveliqueholidays.com. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Avelique Holidays.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us.
- Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the place you have in mind, travel dates, number of travellers and any message you write.
- Phone, email and WhatsApp: if you contact us this way, we keep the conversation so we can plan your trip and answer your questions.
- Booking details: when you go ahead with a trip we also need traveller names and, where a hotel, airline or authority requires it, ID or passport details.
- Basic visit data: like most websites, our server and hosting provider record technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a plan and quotation.
- To arrange and manage your trip once you book.
- To keep records we are required to keep for accounting and legal reasons.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to arrange your trip, and only with the people who need it: hotels, transport operators, guides, airlines, activity providers and similar suppliers. Our website hosting and email providers also handle data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and other services
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page opens. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. Links to other websites, such as the sources of our photo credits, are not covered by this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to deal with your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and legal rules require. After that we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal data in line with the laws that apply in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning a trip. If children are travelling, the booking is made by a parent or guardian, and we collect a child’s details only for the trip.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
