Apr – Jun

Mild and fresh

Spring brings green Alpine valleys, long days and comfortable city sightseeing in Paris, Barcelona and Amsterdam.

Jul – Aug

Warm and busy

Long sunny days and the busiest time at the main sights. Barcelona can be hot, so start early.

Sep – Oct

Mild and golden

Pleasant temperatures, autumn colour and smaller crowds, though Alpine weather becomes more changeable by late October.

Nov – Mar

Cold and short days

Snow in the Swiss Alps, shorter daylight and some excursions running less often. Cities are quieter and Christmas markets add charm in December.

Conditions vary by year. Share your dates and we will suggest the right route.
